We will evaluate the issue and, if deemed a manufacturing defect, we will gladly offer a suitable resolution.
Fitting Assistance:
We understand that achieving a perfect fit is crucial when it comes to custom-made suits. Our experienced tailors meticulously follow the measurements provided by customers. For minor adjustments, Please Contact Us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will work closely with you to understand the fitting issue and provide guidance on possible solutions, such as alterations or adjustments. We may request additional measurements or photographs to assist us in resolving the fitting concern promptly.
Alterations:
In cases where alterations are necessary to achieve the desired fit, we recommend seeking the services of a local tailor or alterations professional. We are happy to reimburse 10% of the total value of the custom items that you order please contact us in advance for approval and share the alteration details such as pictures of where it needs to be fixed. Please note that alterations without prior authorization may not be eligible for reimbursement.
